PRAYERS
Prayer Pattern
****This outline is meant to be a guideline and not to be followed rigidly and it should be preceded by the reading of and meditating (reflecting) on God’s Word, The Holy Bible.****
Begin with a period of Thanksgiving and Praise. Psalm 100:4-5 (KJV)
4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.
5 For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.
Take some time to truly thank God for past, present and future blessings and promises that He has made in His Word.
Spend some time acknowledging His Sovereignty and praising His Names; Jehovah Shalom (Peace); Jehovah Nissi (Banner); Jehovah Jireh (Provider) etc.
Take time to freely reverence and adore Him from your heart.
Continue with confession and repentance (about 5-15 minutes)
Proverbs 28:13 (KJV)
13 He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.
Psalm 66:18 (KJV)
18 If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me:
Psalm 139:23-24 (KJV)
23 Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts:
24 And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
Ask God to search your thoughts and attitude; carefully examine your speech; to search your relationships;
Confess any sin and especially those that God reveals;
Make a commitment to obedience;
Resolve to fully repent of any sin of thought, word or deed;
Ask God to continue to fill you with His Holy Spirit. Whenever any ungodly spirit or demon is released, that place should be filled by the Holy Spirit
Continue with prayers of Intercession (about 10-20 minutes)
Ezekiel 22:30 (KJV)
30 And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none.
2 Timothy 2:1-4 (KJV)
1 Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.
2 And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.
3 Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.
4 No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.

Proverbs 11:14 (KJV)
14 Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counsellors there is safety.
Write down key revelation in a daily journal
End your time the way you started with Thanksgiving and Praise, remembering that this is not the only time today that you will enquire of heaven.
1 Thessalonians 5:17 (KJV)
17 Pray without ceasing.
Again let me emphasize that this is meant to be a pattern and not a rigid plan for prayer.
Let the Holy Spirit, who leads and guides us into all truth be the One who gives us what we ought to say when we approach the Throne of God.
Also, if you are fluent in your Heavenly Language, you must make time to convene with God in this manner.
This is why it is crucial that we attain and develop this means of communication with our Father who is in Heaven.
